Pi Coin (PI) is currently trading at $0.65, up slightly by more than 1% at the time of writing. While the broader crypto market is showing signs of strength, Pi Coin has remained relatively flat, trading within a narrow range of $0.60 to $0.68 in recent weeks.
Despite the limited price movement, there’s excitement in the Pi Network community with the launch of a new game app, Fruity $PI, now live on the Pi Network Mainnet Ecosystem. The app adds to the growing number of decentralized applications being built on the Pi platform, aimed at improving user engagement and ecosystem activity.
However, some investor frustration is mounting over the coin’s stagnant performance. This sentiment took a humorous turn when a user on social media claimed to have listed 3 PI coins on the OKX exchange for a total of $314,159, stating they were new to using exchanges.
The post quickly went viral, with crypto analyst Dr. Altcoin commenting, “This guy is selling 3 Pi on OKX each for a GCV value of $314,159! Some people have no clue how crypto works.”

Another user, @2000Rocker, was tagged in the conversation for clarification, while others chimed in, with one commenter joking, “He’ll have to wait 40 to 50 years to take profit.”
While the post stirred laughs across the community, it also highlighted confusion among some newer users about the coin’s real value versus speculative pricing.
For now, Pi Coin continues to hold steady, with the ecosystem gradually expanding. Whether new apps like Fruity PI$PI can drive more meaningful price action remains to be seen.
Last week, Bitcoin (BTC) experienced significant volatility. Conflicting market signals created bearish pressure, preventing traders from setting a clear directional trend. As a result, major altcoins like Ethereum and XRP dropped below crucial price points. However, following hints from US CPI and PPI data that inflation may be easing, the market rallied, setting the stage for a potentially bullish week ahead.
Interest Rate Decision Could Revive Crypto
Amid a 2% drop last week, Bitcoin continues to face significant downside risks due to multiple bearish macroeconomic pressures.
On a brighter note, analysts in the crypto prediction markets, such as Polymarket, are optimistic about a potential pause in Federal Reserve rate hikes next week. Additionally, there is growing hope that geopolitical tensions between Russia and Ukraine might ease.
Bettors on Polymarket are pricing in a 99% likelihood of the Fed pausing rate hikes in March, with the odds of a Russia-Ukraine ceasefire reaching nearly 80%. Should these developments occur, a surge in risk appetite could lead to increased investments in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, potentially triggering further upward momentum next week.
Bitcoin Price Prediction
Bitcoin bulls are attempting a recovery, though they are likely to encounter significant resistance between the EMA20 trend line and the $86.7K mark. Currently, the BTC price stands at $84,262, having risen by 0.09% in the past 24 hours.
If the price remains above the 20-day EMA, it could suggest that the recent dip below $84K was merely a bear trap. Under such circumstances, the BTC/USDT pair might climb to the critical $86.7K level and potentially extend to $93,000.
On the other hand, if the price sharply declines from this resistance zone, it would suggest that bears have the upper hand. This could increase the likelihood of a drop to the crucial support level at $79,974.
Ethereum Price Prediction
Ether has been facing rising volatility around the descending resistance line, suggesting increasing domination among buyers and sellers. ETH price has been consolidating below the crucial $2K mark. As of writing, ETH price trades at $1,923, surging over 0.2% in the last 24 hours.
The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is beginning to exhibit early signs of a positive divergence. Should the price breach the EMA50 trend line, the ETH/USDT pair might ascend to the breakdown level of $2,109. At this level, bears might intensify their selling efforts; however, if the bulls manage to sustain their momentum, the pair could advance towards the 50-day SMA at $2,530.
This positive outlook would be invalidated if the price fails to hold at $2,109 and subsequently falls below $1,772. Such a move would indicate a bearish dominance.
XRP Price Prediction
XRP bounced off the $2 support level and broke above the EMA20 trend line on the 1-hour chart. Bears are attempting to stop the recovery at this EMA, but continued buying pressure from bulls suggests a potential breakout above it.
If successful, the XRP/USDT pair could climb to $2.65. Surpassing this level might set the stage for a rally to $2.97.
Conversely, a sharp decline from the current level would indicate that sentiment remains bearish. In such a case, the pair might revisit the critical $2 support.

Welcome to the US Morning Crypto News Briefing—your essential rundown of the most important developments in crypto for the day ahead.
Grab a coffee to see what experts think about the Ripple price given the growing approval odds for XRP ETF (exchange-traded funds) in the US. These financial instruments offer investors indirect exposure to crypto and progressively draw institutional players to the digital assets space.
Meanwhile, ETF analyst Eric Balchunas has appealed to Paul Atkins for hints about when the US SEC will approve the first spot XRP ETF, among other altcoin-based financial instruments.
He and his colleague, ETF analyst James Seyffart, remain optimistic that approving additional altcoin-related ETFs beyond Ethereum is only a matter of time.
“Would love to hear directly from Atkins, but all good chance of happening,” Balchunas posed.
Specifically, for them, XRP ETF holds an 85% chance of approval, placing it among the frontrunners for regulatory approval in 2025. Balchunas also shared a list outlining the approval probabilities for various spot crypto ETFs.

Meanwhile, Seyffart notes that delays in approval should not come as a surprise. He urges crypto market participants to hold out hope beyond October 2025 and year-end in the worst-case scenario.
“…Final deadlines for most of this stuff is in October 2025 or later,” Seyffart stated.
However, Balchunas acknowledges that Paul Atkins’s confirmation as the new SEC chair has set the ball rolling.
“…nothing was going to get approved until Atkins was confirmed…he just got confirmed and they’ve been taking outside meetings with people. Probably coming up with a strategy. After that, likely approvals,” Balchunas opined.
Crypto traders and investors would surely welcome more altcoin-based exchange-traded funds beyond the Ethereum ETF. Such financial instruments would give crypto more legitimacy, open the playing field for institutional participation, and, hence, increase liquidity.
A recent US Crypto News publication indicated growing adoption for BTC over gold, ascribing the traction to Bitcoin ETF inflows surging against lagging gold ETPs (exchange-traded products).
Despite the false claims, the approval of ProShares’ XRP futures ETF sparked optimism. Experts now predict that a spot XRP ETF could follow, potentially attracting $100 billion to the payments token.
“A spot XRP ETF could be next, unlocking real demand and sending prices soaring. $100 billion+ could soon flood into XRP,” wrote industry expert Armando Pantoja.
Based on historical data, July could be the next bullish month for the XRP price, which continues to consolidate amid this crypto market downtrend. Despite the market downturn, crypto analysts like CasiTrades are confident that the altcoin could still reach a new all-time high (ATH) in this market cycle.
Historical Data Points To July Being The Next Bullish Month For The XRP Price
Cryptorank data shows that July could be the next bullish month for the XRP price. This is based on the fact that the altcoin has recorded significant gains in each of the last five Julys.
Unlike July, April to June have been mixed for XRP over the last five years. For April, the last three out of five months have been bearish for the altcoin, although it recorded a 174% gain in April 2021.
For May, three out of the last five months have been bearish for the XRP price, although it recorded meagre gains in May 2023 and 2024. Meanwhile, June has been completely bearish for the altcoin, as it recorded monthly losses in the last five months.
It is worth mentioning that four out of the five monthly gains for XRP in July have been double-digit gains. As such, Ripple’s native crypto could again record double-digit gains this coming July.
Interestingly, crypto analyst Egrag Crypto predicted that XRP could reach double digits by its July 21 cycle peak. He alluded to the altcoin’s previous bull runs as to why July could mark this cycle’s peak. The analyst believes the Ripple price could reach $27 by then.
Analysts Argue XRP’s Consolidation Could End Soon
Amid this historical data, crypto analysts Dark Defender and CasiTrades have suggested that the XRP price consolidation could end soon. In an X post, Dark Defender stated that the altcoin’s consolidation is nearing an end and that he believes this is the final consolidation of the monthly structure.
Once this consolidation is done, the crypto analyst remarked that market participants can expect the Wave 5, which will send Ripple’s native crypto to new highs. He highlighted $2.22 and $2.30 as the major resistances to watch out for, while $1.88 and $1.63 are the major support levels. Meanwhile, the targets on this Wave 5 up are $3.75 and $5.85, which will mark a new ATH for the altcoin.
As CoinGape reported, crypto analyst CasiTrades also predicted that the XRP price could soon reach $6 as Wave 2 correction nears its end. The analyst also raised the possibility of the altcoin rallying to as high as $9.50 and $12 if it reaches the 2.618 and 3.618 Fibonacci extension levels, respectively.
However, there is still the possibility of the XRP price dropping below the $2 level before it rallies to new highs. Egrag Crypto warned that Ripple’s native crypto could still drop to as low as $1.4 in the event of a major liquidation.
